Bold. Creative. Integrity.
SolarWindow™ Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: WNDW) is developing first-of-their-kind electricity-generating see-through windows and products for America’s 85 million detached homes and commercial buildings.
Our mission has been to create SolarWindow™ products which produce extraordinary amounts of clean electricity, financially reward our customers, and benefit the environment. A bold undertaking.
Along the way, we’ve attracted talented experts who have sound scientific and engineering skills, proven expertise with commercializing new technologies, and the many important industry connections and business skills needed to turn great ideas into spectacular products.
Here’s a glimpse into the contributions of our team:
Who ensures ease-of-manufacturing, reliability, and durability?
Our award-winning researchers and engineers have authored over 1,000 scientific publications. Their expertise with solar photovoltaics includes next-generation electricity generating coatings, manufacturing methods, reliability testing, and durability.
How can you confidently turn SolarWindow™ discoveries into tangible products?
Experimental physicist and technology developer, Dr. Alastair Livesey, is one of our Founding Directors. He specialized in the commercialization of new energy breakthroughs at the world’s largest producer of flexible solar panels (2012). He’s also commercially launched new products in the energy sector, and brings plenty of experience as former Executive Manager at global energy giant, Royal Dutch Shell plc.
How will America’s utilities embrace an energy solution as innovative as SolarWindow™?
We listen to Curtis Watkins, one of our key Advisors. He’s an expert in evaluating, advancing, and integrating emerging technologies at America’s largest electric power holding company, Duke Energy.
How can SolarWindow™ products be built for commercial glass and energy applications?
Patrick Sargent brings us extensive experience with glass and energy. Patrick gained invaluable insights into the use of glass for solar and photovoltaic energy applications at a $16 billion international glass producer where he served as Photovoltaics Cover Technology Leader for its North American Solar Business Unit. He previously worked at technology giants, Lucent Technologies and Fujitsu Network Communications.
How will SolarWindow™ systems be best installed in tall towers?
Our commercial photovoltaic design and installation guru, Kelly Provence, is America’s first expert in his field to concurrently hold four of the most coveted certifications from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners and the Interstate Renewable Energy Council.
How to patent, protect, and license our inventions and ideas.
Intellectual property and technology licensing specialist, Dr. Christopher Harris, has Fortune 5 deal-making experience and is our go-to expert. A natural deal-maker, Registered Patent Agent, Certified Licensing Professional, and nuclear physicist, Chris knows all about energy and the business of energy. He’s even served as Associate Director for Licensing at the US Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
